一向追求生活品味的Kenny(關智斌)愛上 Nespresso 已超過 10 年!喜歡創作不同咖啡食譜的 Kenny 今日就化身 Nespresso 咖啡大師,以專為製作milk coffee而設的全新Barista Creations咖啡系列中,口感醇厚濃烈,且帶有烘焙風味的 Corto 咖啡,為大家炮製《 芒果咖啡 Smoothie 》特飲,將鮮奶的甜香與咖啡的甘醇完美融合! 《 芒果咖啡 Smoothie 》簡易食譜:
1)首先將 120毫升 芒果 Smoothie 倒進 Nespresso 食譜玻璃杯...
2)以 Nespresso 咖啡機調製 2 份 Barista Creations 系列的Corto濃縮咖啡,並直接倒入杯中
3)製作冰凍芒果奶泡:將 50 毫升鮮奶、50 毫升芒果 Smoothie 及 2 粒冰塊(60 克)放入 Barista 沖調器,再選擇「ICED FRAPPE」模式
4)將冰凍芒果奶泡倒在咖啡上方形成一層濃厚奶泡

This time, Kenny turns into a Nespresso barista, and combined the rich and intensely roasted flavour Corto with fresh milk to create a special milk coffee recipe, the “Mango Coffee Smoothie”. Recreate this recipe at home by following these simple steps:
1. Pour 120ml mango smoothie into a Nespresso Recipe Glass
2. Using a Nespresso coffee machine, extract 2 espresso shots of Barista Creations – Corto directly into the glass.
3. Create a frappé layer: Pour 50ml fresh milk, 50ml mango smoothie, 2 ice cubes (60g) into a Barista Recipe Maker, and choose “ICE FRAPPÉ” function
4. Pour the frappé mix on top of the coffee
