M&S 軟枝西蘭花 80克
M&S 蜜糖豆 80克
Cook with M&S 豉油薑蒜醬 90克
鱸魚柳 2塊 醬汁材料
植物油 1茶匙
青蔥 1束
辣椒、薑、大蒜(切碎) 1 份
豉油 1茶匙
芫荽 適量
醬汁 步驟
先預熱焗爐至200°C或上下火180°C,在焗盤上鋪2張 錫紙,摺成盛器模樣。
放置軟枝西蘭花及蜜糖豆在錫紙盛器內,撒上Cook with M&S 豉油薑蒜醬及1茶匙清水。
在每塊鱸魚上塗抹約1茶匙Cook with M&S 豉油薑蒜醬 ,將兩塊魚柳對叠,魚皮朝外。
將魚放在蔬菜上,用鹽調味。
合上錫紙盛器邊緣使其密封,烤焗15分鐘至魚熟透。 醬汁
中火熱鑊加熱植物油,加入青蔥略炒2分鐘。
當青蔥微焦,加入切碎的辣椒、薑及蒜茸略炒1分鐘。
加入豉油熄火。將醬汁淋在鱸魚上,撒上芫荽享用。 SOY, GINGER & GARLIC STEAMED SEA BASS INGREDIENTS
160g Tender stem broccoli
160g sugar snap peas
1 jar (90g) Cook With M&S Soy, Ginger & Garlic Paste
4 sea bass fillets
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 bunches spring onions, sliced into 1-inch chunks
1 tbsp chopped red chilli
1 tbsp chopped garlic (around 3-4 cloves)
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 handful coriander METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with 2 sheets of foil, creating a parcel shape.
Layer the broccoli and sugar snap peas on to the foil. Lightly drizzle 2 tsp of the Cook With M&S Soy, Ginger & Garlic Paste and 2 tbsp of water over the veg.
Take the sea bass fillets and spoon 1 tsp of the paste on each fillet and sandwich them together in pairs, skin side out.
Lay on top of the vegetables and season with a pinch of salt.
Close up the foil parcel, pinching at the top to seal. Cook for 15 minutes, until the fish is just cooked through.
For the dressing, heat the vegetable oil until in a medium frying pan until hot, add the sliced spring onions and stir fry for 2 minutes.
When the spring onions have charred, add the chopped chilli, ginger and garlic, and cook for a further minute.
Add the soy sauce and remove from the heat. Drizzle over the sea bass and top with coriander leaves to serve. 展开
