Kara Goldin was never a fan of water. Preferring the sweet buzz of diet sodas, it wasn’t until several health concerns stacked up after having four children that Kara decided to do an experiment. After multiple attempts at giving water a chance, she still did not like the taste of it. She began adding fresh fruit, herbs and cucumbers to her water to make it more palatable.
