Before 31st May, 2020 (within opening hours), please bring your ticket to the cinema where you have purchased the tickets (Grand Kornhill Cinema/MCL Telford Cinema) for ticket refund. The ticket must be intact. Refund will be issued in cash and tickets will be collected by staff after refund process. 2. Customers who purchased tickets by Credit Card or PPS
Regardless of the ticketing channels (ticket counter or online), refund will be issued to your credit card or bank accounts automatically.
