MCL戲院將為購票顧客安排退款手續: 1. 持票以現金/八達通/EPS付款的顧客

請於2020年3月14日至3月31日期間(營業時間內),攜同完整門票親臨閣下購票之戲院(MCL德福戲院/康怡戲院) 辦理手續,退款會以現金形式發還,門票於退款後將被收回。 2. 以信用卡/PPS交易之顧客

However, considering the health and safety of customers, performers and staff involved, Hypnosismic -Division Rap Battle- 5th LIVE@Saitama《SIX SHOTS TO THE DOME》, as well as the LIVE VIEWING on 28 March (Sat) and 29 March (Sun), are confirmed to be cancelled. We sincerely apologize to those of you who were looking forward to this LIVE VIEWING, and thank you very much for your kind understanding. MCL Cinemas will be refunding tickets. Refund of tickets will be arranged in following ways: 1. Customers who purchased tickets by cash, Octopus card or EPS at ticket counter
From 14/3/2020-31/3/2020 (within opening hours), please bring your ticket to the cinema where you have purchased the tickets (Grand Kornhill Cinema/MCL Telford Cinema) for ticket refund. The ticket must be intact. Refund will be issued in cash and tickets will be collected by staff after refund process. 2. Customers who purchased tickets by Credit Card or PPS
Regardless of the ticketing channels (ticket counter or online), refund will be issued to your credit card or bank accounts automatically within 8 weeks.
