All purposed flour中筋麵粉 350g
Warm Water暖水 150ml
Refined Lard豬油 100g
Egg 蛋 1 pc
Scallion 蔥 100g
Salt 鹽 5g
Five-spice powder五香粉 5g
Vegetable Cooking Oil 植物油 10ml 步驟Steps🔪 1) Mix 200g flour, salt and egg, then add water to make a smooth water dough. 準備一個大碗盤,把200g 中筋麵粉、鹽、雞蛋加入暖水做成麵團 2) On the other hand, mix the remaining 150g flour and lard together to be puff pastry. 另一邊把豬油及剩餘的150g中筋麵粉混合成酥心 3) Add puff pastry into water dough until the dough is well combined. 把酥心加入麵團再混合 4) Divided the dough into 6 -8 pieces, then use rolling pin to form them into thin layers. 把粉糰分成6-8小份;逐個用檊麵棒壓成薄粉皮 5) Brush a bit oil over the layer & sprinkle w/ scallion & five-spice powder. 然後在每份薄粉皮上掃少許油、灑上蔥粒及五香粉 6) Then swirl the scallion dough & roll it in flat. 把薄粉皮捲起再壓平 7) Add some oil in a pan in medium heat, then cook for 5 min until golden brown on both sides and ENJOY🥰中火燒熱平底鍋,落少許油,兩邊各煎5分鐘,呈金黃色即可上碟享用 #taiwanesefood #taiwan #taiwanesecuisine #taiwanfood #hkfood #foodlover #hongkong #besmart #smartie #thenightmarket #hkrestaurant #caring #homecookchallenge #antivirus #我要做廚神 #台灣料理 #地道台灣 #家庭料理 #台灣菜 #台灣美食 #齊心抗疫 See more
