Roasted Hokkaido scallops and Caledonian prawns, accompanied by braised citrus daikon, silky purple sweet potato mash and snap peas served with a beurre blanc sauce infused with Earl Grey d’Amour. Available from now till 14th February, at all TWG Tea Salons in Singapore.
