☕️Our Coffee Team has carefully paired the monthly special with #Fairtrade and Organic Honduras SOE. This coffee comes from COCAFCAL, cooperative located near the cloud forest spanning the tallest mountains of western Honduras. Reducing poverty and increasing standards of life are the main objectives for the cooperative. Their programs have benefited around 5000 people in the near region. We carefully reduce the acidity through roasting to suit those that prefer a stronger brew with mild acidity. The coffee gives a full bodied and balanced taste of milk chocolate notes and mixed nuts.
