Standard Chartered is committed to growing our sustainable finance. We just published our first annual Sustainable Finance Impact Report which highlights our contribution to tackling climate change and financing of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including: • Green projects that helped avoid over 700,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions in the past year, an equivalent annual emission of more than 210,000 people in low- and middle-income markets
• More than 1.3 million people reached through loans provided to microfinance institutions
