Chocolate chip walnut cookies made with See’s Chocolate Chips...get em’ while they’re hot! Recipe by @kevinaiello 🍪😋 #repost Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter
1 cup brown sugar (medium pack)...
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 lb See’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 cups chopped walnuts Recipe:
Preheat oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment soften butter and add in both sugars. Whip mixture until creamy, approximately 4 minutes. Add in one egg at a time, waiting 30 seconds for each egg to completely mix in. Add vanilla and mix. In a separate bowl gently whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Scoop 2 ounces of cookie dough and place on non stick baking sheet or parchment paper, 2 inches apart. Bake for 13 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Let rest on sheet pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Yields about 30 cookies 🍪 See more
