On the to-do list today: make these cookies ✔️🤤 Here’s how to make #GlutenFree See’s Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies 🍪🥜
. . . Recipe:
1 3/4 cups almond flour...
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup sugar (we like using coconut sugar for this recipe!)
1 cup See’s Candies Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or See’s Chocolate Drops
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup melted oil (coconut oil or vegetable oil)
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
. . . Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, peanut butter, oil, and vanilla extract, continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. When the batter is thickened, add the See’s Candies Chocolate Chips or See’s Candies Chocolate Drops, but save a few to place on top of the cookies! Use a spoon to form cookies 1.5 inches wide in diameter on a non-stick baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a spoon or spatula to flatten the cookies out, since these will not spread when baked. Press remaining See’s Candies Chocolate Chips on top of each cookie. Bake 12-13 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool a few a minutes. Enjoy! 🍪 展开
