The highest concentration of oil drilling activity in the City of Los Angeles is happening in District 15. Follow the young activists of Communities For A Better Environment as they canvass the streets of Los Angeles in the fight to push the LA City Council to prohibit new and existing oil and gas drilling operations within 2,500 feet of homes, schools and hospitals.
