單品咖啡（Single Origin）和拼配咖啡（Blends）最明顯的分別在於原產地數目之不同 — 來自同一產區的豆才能稱為單品咖啡。單品咖啡豆的味道通常較獨特，適合沖調成精品咖啡，讓你嚐到產區的原始風味。而拼配咖啡豆的味道會較平衡和穩定，適合沖調成奶類咖啡。
在Pacific Coffee，我們不定期用上單品咖啡豆來製作「是日精選」蒸餾咖啡。另外，我們的特調咖啡櫃檯亦提供來自不同莊園的單品咖啡，並由咖啡師為你以 Pourover 或 Siphon方式沖調☕️

Beans that are sourced from the same region are called “Single Origin”. Single origin coffees usually exude distinguishable tastes, so they are best consumed black. On the other hand, coffees from blends offer more balanced and consistent flavours, so they are best when enjoyed them with milk.
At Pacific Coffee, you may find single origin coffees from our “Today’s Special” selection of brew coffee every now and then. Alternatively, our coffee ambassadors are always happy to brew you a cup by Siphon or Pourover at our Specialty Coffee counter☕️
