Each Montblanc NATO strap requires: 50 hours of development time for each new pattern, 500 yarns for the length, 100 yarns for the width per centimetre, and four artisanal crafts (warping, yarn installation on the loom, setting-up and weaving). Then, straps are put through rigorous quality tests before they are united with their Montblanc watch.
