農曆新年就到，大家準備好換新鈔封利是未呢？為咗方便一眾市民，滙豐推出換鈔特別安排：由1月14至21日，所有分行^將會提早1小時於早上8時服務；13家分行亦會實施客流管理措施，長者拎完籌可以直接喺指定座位區等候。 另外，全線分行都會設立特快櫃枱，畀你快捷換領｢$3,000新鈔兌換套裝」。為支持環保，我哋亦同時提供「迎新鈔兌換套裝」。... 今個新年，一齊換新鈔迎新年！ #滙豐 #新鈔換領安排

Got your lucky money for this Chinese New Year yet? For your convenience, HSBC will launch special arrangements for banknote exchange: from 14 to 21 January, all HSBC’s branches^ will open one hour earlier at 8:00 am. A queue management system will also be introduced in 13 branches, enabling elderly customers to wait at dedicated seating areas with their tickets. Besides, we will set up express counters to offer ready packs of brand new notes valued at HK$3,000, as well as packs of good-as-new notes to support the environment.
