【認知友善，理財自主】

作為香港第一間支援認知障礙症患者嘅銀行🏦，滙豐最近推出「安悅自主個人戶口」，幫助患有初期認知障礙或精神上失去行為能力嘅客戶維持一定程度嘅財務自主💪🏻。客戶除咗可以使用「提款易（EASY ATM）卡」查閱結餘、仲可以有限度提取現金💰、及付款日常購物🛍。同時，患者信賴嘅受權第三方就可以代客戶管理其他戶口，保障佢哋嘅財務安全🔐。
開設戶口好簡單💡，只需年滿十八歲或以上同有按法律程序委任受權第三方（例如家庭成員）就可以㗎喇。

HSBC, Hong Kong’s first dementia-friendly bank🏦 is launching the Basic Bank Account with Independence (BBAI). The new service enables people with dementia or with diminished mental capacity to perform day-to-day banking with ease💪🏻. With an EASY ATM Card, customers can check their account balance, withdraw cash (within assigned limit) 💰, and go shopping 🛍. Meanwhile, the legally appointed third party can manage any other accounts in the customer’s name, providing their loved ones with financial security.
Opening an account is simple💡. Customers must be aged 18 years or over and have a legally appointed third party (e.g. family member).
