為避免人流聚集及減少排隊輪候時間，滙豐今年特別安排網上預約登記換新鈔。由即日起，大家可透過香港滙豐網站或香港滙豐流動理財應用程式（HSBC HK App），毋須登入便可登記預約 ，簡單輸入姓名及電話，再按所選日期及時間到達自選分行，便可直接換領「港幣3,000元新鈔兌換套裝*」。網上預約配額有限，額滿即止。 所有分行^亦會於1月26日至30日，提早1小時於早上8時開始服務，大家可於分行即場取籌及進行即日分流。... 此外，大家可透過PayMe或HSBC HK App以「轉數快」派發電子利是，或透過HSBC Reward+ 應用程式的「獎賞錢」分享功能轉贈「獎賞錢」給予親友 ，祝福同心意依舊不變外，讓今個新年變得更環保！ 了解更多：

To observe social distancing measures and reduce queue time at branches, HSBC is introducing an e-booking system for banknote exchange. Starting from today, customers can make appointments via HSBC website or HSBC HK Mobile Banking app. Without any log-in request and simply input your name and phone number, you can visit selected branches on the designated time to exchange ready packs of brand-new notes valued at HKD3,000*. Online booking quota are limited. In addition to the e-booking system, all HSBC’s branches^ will open an hour earlier at 8:00 am from 26 Jan to 30 Jan. Tickets will be distributed at branches to walk-in customers for same-day new notes exchange service with specified time slot. To be more eco-friendly in the coming CNY, you can send your blessings of fortune by giving out electronic Lai See via PayMe or with the Faster Payment System (FPS) on HSBC HK App this time! You can even use the “Share RewardCash” function on the HSBC Reward+ App to share your RewardCash with friends and family as gifts too!
