On the opening day of Fast Company's European Innovation Festival    




On the opening day of Fast Company's European Innovation Festival “The Dawn of Superintelligence” at the Gucci Hub in Milan, speakers discussed the potential presented by emerging superintelligent machines and technology. Kicking off the event, historian and author Yuval Noah Harari spoke about how the main product of the 21st century will be bodies, brains and minds. Other speakers included Massimo Bottura who explained how food can bring about innovation, sustainability and... philanthropy, Julie Rice cofounder of SoulCycle and partner in WeWork, Michael Jones, director of research Salesforce, Imran Chaudri—a former Apple designer and cofounder of Hu.ma.ne and Natalie Massenet cofounder, Imaginary Ventures; non-executive chair, Farfetch, who believes there is a future for humans in the emergence of AI in fashion and shopping in human relations. Closing the day, Sophia Dominguez and Sheel Tyle spoke about how people born after 1995 view the world and AI. “For 4 billion years, nothing fundamental changed in the rules of the game of life...
