請於2020年3月21日至4月5日期間（營業時間內），攜同完整門票親臨閣下購票之戲院（MCL德福戲院） 辦理手續，退款會以現金形式發還，門票於退款後將被收回。 2. 以信用卡/PPS交易之顧客

Refund of tickets will be arranged in following ways: 1. Customers who purchased tickets by cash, Octopus card or EPS at ticket counter
From 21/3/2020-5/4/2020 (within opening hours), please bring your ticket to the cinema where you have purchased the tickets (MCL Telford Cinema) for ticket refund. The ticket must be intact. Refund will be issued in cash and tickets will be collected by staff after refund process. 2. Customers who purchased tickets by Credit Card or PPS
Regardless of the ticketing channels (ticket counter or online), refund will be issued to your credit card or bank accounts automatically within 8 weeks. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2418 8841 (Mon – Fri: 9am-12:30pm & 1:30pm-6pm, except public holidays) or email to contact_mcl@intercontinental.com.hk.
