【特別通告："Takarazuka Flower Troupe Rio Asumi LAST DAY" 退款安排】 由於商場關閉，Festival Grand Cinema由11月14日起暫停營業直至另行通知。原定於11月24日12:15pm於Festival Grand Cinema直播的"Takarazuka Flower Troupe Rio Asumi LAST DAY" 將取消，並移師到MCL德福戲院同一日期及時間舉行。 如選擇退款的顧客，請留意以下退款手續：... 1. 所有於票房購票的顧客
請於11月25日至12月8日期間（營業時間內），攜同Festival Grand Cinema之完整門票親臨MCL德福戲院辦理手續，退款會以現金形式發還，門票於退款後將被收回。 2. 所有於網上或手機應用程式購票之顧客請於11月25日至12月8日期間，電郵信用卡月結單副本或PPS付款紀錄副本，及訂單號碼或Festival Grand Cinema之完整門票副本至contact_mcl@intercontinental.com.hk，門票費用將會於8個星期內自動發還至閣下之戶口。 如有任何問題，請於辦公時間 (星期一至五9am - 12:30pm及1:30pm - 6pm；公眾假期除外) 致電 MCL院線客戶服務熱線 2418 8841或電郵至contact_mcl@intercontinental.com.hk。 不便之處，敬請原諒。
【Special Notice: Refund arrangement for "Takarazuka Flower Troupe Rio Asumi LAST DAY"】 Due to closure of the shopping mall, Festival Grand Cinema is temporarily closed from Nov 14, 2019 until further notice. "Takarazuka Flower Troupe Rio Asumi LAST DAY" at Festival Grand Cinema on Nov 24 at 12:15pm will be cancelled. The live will be re-arranged to MCL Telford Cinema at the same date and time. For customers who choose refund, please note refund arrangement in following ways: 1. Customers who purchased tickets at ticket counter
From 25/11/2019-8/12/2019 (within opening hours), please go to MCL Telford Cinema for ticket refund by presenting your Festival Grand Cinema tickets . The ticket must be intact. Refund will be issued in cash and tickets will be collected by staff after refund process. 2. Customers who purchased tickets via online or APP
From 25/11/2019-8/12/2019, please send back credit card’s bank statement copy or PPS payment record copy,with booking number or Festival Grand Cinema ticket copy which shows the intact ticket to contact_mcl@intercontinental.com.hk. Refund will be issued to your credit card or bank accounts automatically within 8 weeks. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2418 8841 (Mon – Fri: 9am-12:30pm & 1:30pm-6pm, except public holidays) or email to contact_mcl@intercontinental.com.hk.
