【AD-LIVE ZERO SOTO ASOBI LV 退款手續】 隨著10月12日(六)・10月13日(日)舉行的「AD-LIVE ZERO徳島公演」的演出取消，原定於10月13日於康怡戲院舉辦的AD-LIVE ZERO SOTO ASOBI LV也將取消。同時，對於期待本次AD-LIVE ZERO SOTO ASOBI LV已久的粉絲致上最深的歉意。 MCL 將為購票顧客安排退款手續：... 1. 持票以現金/八達通/EPS付款的顧客
請於10月10日至10月27日期間（營業時間內），攜同門票親臨閣下購票之戲院（康怡戲院） 辦理手續，退款會以現金形式發還，門票於退款後將被收回。 2. 以信用卡/PPS交易之顧客
無論閣下的交易在網上或票房進行，門票費用將會於8個星期內自動發還至閣下之戶口，敬請留意。 如有任何問題，請於辦公時間(星期一至五9am-12:30pm及1:30pm-6pm；公眾假期除外)致電客戶服務熱線2418 8841或電郵至contact_mcl@intercontinental.com.hk查詢。再一次感謝大家的體諒。 Due to the cancellation of the "AD-LIVE ZERO Tokushima Performance" scheduled on October 12 (SAT) and October 13 (SUN), “AD-LIVE ZERO SOTO ASOBI LV” at Grand Kornhill Cinema on October 13 (SUN) will also be cancelled. From 10/10/2019-27/10/2019 (within opening hours), please bring your ticket to Grand Kornhill Cinema for ticket refund. Refund will be issued in cash and tickets will be collected by staff after refund process. 2. Customers who purchased tickets by Credit Card or PPS
Regardless of the ticketing channels (ticket counter or online), refund will be issued to your credit card or bank accounts automatically within 8 weeks. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2418 8841 (Mon – Fri: 9am-12:30pm & 1:30pm-6pm, except public holidays) or email to contact_mcl@intercontinental.com.hk.
