有無諗過點解咁貴？🤷‍♂其實斧頭扒同大家好喜愛嘅肉眼(Ribeye) 係來自同一個部分。以Dan Ryan’s 所用嘅美國頂級斧頭扒為例，重量就已經有36安士😮。Rib呢部分係喺牛嘅背部，比較少運動嘅部位；脂肪同肉分佈平均，所以肉質比較嫩。加上呢個部位佔成隻牛嘅肉只有8%，咁大舊嘅斧頭扒價錢相對係比較高。鍾意食牛扒嘅你，包你食過番尋味!🤤🤤... Yet, have you ever thought of why does it cost that much?🤔 The Tomahawk Steak comes from the Rib of a Cow where it is the same part with the Ribeye steak - the primary muscle is the longissimus dorsi (back muscle). Taking Dan Ryan’s Tomahawk as an example, it weighted 36oz; since the back muscles have seldom been used, the fat and muscles, therefore, are evenly distributed. In addition, these cuts make up 8% of the beef carcass! It is then reasonable for a Tomahawk costs higher than other steaks. 😜If you are a steak lover, we highly recommend to give a try.
